I say this in my response to hairytoes too, but considering all the times Mulder's ditched Scully with the assumption that she would understand, I say he has no reason to be angry with her. I think he was still upset with her at the end. He had a definite "I wouldn't have screwed this up like you did" air about him. Grrr.

Scully looking apologetic fits in with CSM's description of her that she is attracted to powerful men. If one assumes Mulder is powerful, then she was clearly going for his approval but wasn't getting it. I'm not sure I buy that, but I'm not going to argue with it right now.

krh, who thinks Scully should have bopped Mulder in the nose for being so judgmental of her
