Timelines begin again? Here's the place to start thenew Mythology after Dead-Alive (S8 spoilers)

Well, well, well. Sunday's episode certainly has left us with a line of questions IMHO, anyhow. Starting with where has Krycek been, who is he working for, has he been with the aliens, is he an alien and where does he hide out? At least CSM had an apartment.

Marita--who healed her? How did she get tied in with Krycek--does he have her working for him because he cured her with a vaccine?

Speaking of vaccines, Mulder was given one for the blackoil virus, so how could he be re-infected?

Baby (Mulder I hope!!!) is in danger. Will Doggett be the protector? Will there be an attempt to hide the baby to protect it? Happened to the legendary King Arthur. Will Scully and Mulder have to run and try to hide with Doggett as their protector back at the bureau?

Kersch, the sleezeball--is he the head of all that is sleezy and underhanded? Is he an alien himself? Who will be X's replacement?
