Miffed? Definitely not, and I'm sorry if you got that impression Linda. It's very easy to misunderstand other posters' intent on message boards, because you can't see their facial expression or hear their tone of voice. I help manage another board and we see it often there too.

I'm just enjoying a little bit of discussion. If we always agreed on everything, life would be very dull indeed.

FWIW, I do think that rhythm guitarists are underrated. The same way bass players are. Music is not all about Jimi Hendrix-like virtuosity. You need the foundation as well.
