It happened in Marrakech, at the house of Alejandro, the Spanish guy with the amazing music collection where we would hang out in the evenings. Amanda came to visit, with her gay friend whose name Ive forgotten. Id never met her until the night I came in with a few friends and there she was, sitting on the mountain of cushions in all her glory. And she was spectacular! Long blonde hair, perfect makeup, and hands the size of a trucker tipped with long painted nails. She was introduced as Amanda Lear, from London, friend of the famous. OK. Next I knew, she patted the cushion next to her, indicating I should sit, so I did. She spoke in a very deep, accented voice, and we talked. She showed us the things shed bought in the souks, then started massaging my neck! Everyone was stoned on Alejandros very good hash and somehow Amanda found out I was in Marrakech due to the insistence of Brian Jones. The next thing I knew, she placed my hand on her crotch and completely surprisingly I found I was feeling a sizeable dick! Alejandro leaned over and whispered in my ear that Amanda wasnt "quite done yet." As in, her transition wasnt complete, but I thought he meant I was to be the object of the nights seduction. Possibly, but I jumped up and took off to the other side of the room, where Alejandro followed me and informed me that Amanda used to be called Peki the Hustler in her earlier days in I think Copenhagen. After that, I sort of just accepted this and she and I acually became friends while she was in town. She gave me a bottle of Mandrax along with the instruction to take one every 20 minutes for the greatest effect, just as she had instructed Brian. I did, and it was amazing. I became quite addicted to those pills! The bottle contained maybe 500 of the pretty little things, and she said she would give me more when I came back to London, which she did. Two nights later a young American couple from Reed College in Oregon showed up, very innocent and stupid. Alejandro and Amanda thought it would be funny to set the boy up, so she seduced him. He freaked out completely, his girlfriend, a beautiful Japanese-American, cried for days, and they simply vanished, scarred for life, I expect. Oh, and I didnt just feel the evidence, I actually saw it. All in all, aside from the massive hands and deep, Nico like voice, Amanda was a woman to all who saw her, unless you saw what I saw.
