Ah, moving is such fun! When I bought my place in P-Town, I discovered after the closing that the renters in what was to be my apartment in the building had a lease that couldnt be broken. I had to go rent an unheated place in the dead of winter and wait them out till Memorial Day.
When I sold my beautiful Victorian mansion in Salida, CO, that was full of ghosts, the buyers insisted I have a seance to rid it of them. The ghosts are still there.
