That's good advice, but it's too late for that now. It isn't just "crap" he's left behind, it's also a refrigerator full of food, a washer and dryer, huge numbers of tools and tool kits, a wheel barrow (a really fancy one!), a lot of fancy cabinets and his child's tricycle and basketball hoop.

I gave him this entire week to get that stuff out of the house, but he hasn't done it. I can't afford to have it carted away, so I'm stuck until he decides to come and get it all (whenever THAT is).
