Thanks Luv! My New World will be a three bedroom house that is in sore need of updating...sooooooo...I have a lifetime of "projects" to keep me occupied while the cows in the pasture in front of my livingroom window munch away on the grass growing under the fence! I grew up with cows in the neighbor's yard eating through the fence, so it'll be like going "home", though I've never lived outside California before.

I have 3 more weeks to brace myself for the move, and then I'll be off-line for a few days while driving across the country. What an adventure!
