Oh, and Teardrop did mangage to fill out the forms, but I told her they must have gotten lost in the post, and that must have had something to do with the fella upstairs. That is true, because Aunt Mirian always opens the mail and them brings it up to my office!! Aren't I just a wittle wascalee wascal?!?! But we'll keep that to ourselves eh? Some folk will be aMAZed to be informed of this!!!! They might go run 20 red lights!
