Yeah, I heard him bitch about the Lads often enough, but I think Ive stated that here already. Stuff about his parents, well, that pretty much formed the basis of our friendship, because we had so much in common along those lines, although my mother won the award for Mommie Dearest hands down.
I dont know if Ive ever seen a pic of Brian wearing my jacket. I think the reason I got it was more because it didnt fit him. He was broader across the back and it was tight on him there. As far as being valuable, the lining in the sleeves is torn out, thus making it less valuable in an antique clothing market. If there are pics of him in it you can easily tell because the sleeves are very strange. They sort of pouf at the ends, with folded layers of velvet, but he wouldnt have been able to play the guitar in it, just stand still. I also have an antique cameo he just handed me one day saying I could have it.
Far as Photobucket, Ive no interest in it. I keep all my photos either in large cardboard boxes or Ive scanned them and put them on disc. Ive heard Photobucket files can just vanish without notice. Ive lost many boxes of photos over the years due to repeated moves, theft, or my charming Mommie tossing them in the incinerator during her less lucid moments. My negatives of Jim Morrison were put up by my first husband in a poker hand and lost. Shit like that, so what I have now is as safe as I can make it. And yes, I do have an old contact sheet of Brian pictures but they arent for public viewing. The negs for that are long lost.
