Charlie being the baby's father. Not that much time has passed on the island. Just a few weeks I think, it's hard to say but I know after the first few episodes it had only ben a few days. Claire was already very preggers when she got on the plane and we've never had any indication that she knew Charlie before. He does have a big crush on her though.

As for relationships, we've already got Sayid and Shannon as a couple and Jin and Sun were already married beforehand. Sawyer's an interesting one but he's a loose cannon. There are lots of good relationshis of all sorts such as Walt and Michael. Very well carved out characters.

I don't think your family needed to worry about you jining the show! It's been a huge hit from the start. By the way Numb3rs will be back next year so you didn't jinx that one either.

Rose is a secondary character that only pops up now and then but I haven't seen her among the extras lately. She sat across from Jack on the palne and was pretty upset because her husband was lost in the crash. She was convinced he and the other passengers are somewhere else on the isand, still alive.

Is this the first episode you've seen? I don't know if they are rerunning it this summer but hoepfully you can see what you missed.
