My husband is a retiring truck driver and I travel coast-to-coast in my work, so buying a motorhome seemed like a perfect lifestyle for us while I continue working several more years. That is, until we looked closely at the quality, price and dependability of the "usual" makes. After reading so many horror stories, we're afraid to invest hard-earned money in junk. We're now considering a used Wanderlodge as our last hope for affordability and dependability. We would appreciate any pro's, con's and information on units for sale. Please contact us on the e-mail address. THANKS!

That is a valid concern. My wife and I were in the same boat, we looked at a lot of junk and the minute I stepped inside a Wanderlodge I was sold on the quality of construction. When new our Bluebird sold for $387,000 in 1989. We purchased it for $45,000 just a couple of months ago and although a bit dated it is still a fine machine to travel in. It is built like a freight train, heavy and safe. I hope this helps! CJ

It took us a year to find it and now 3 years later we would never buy anything else than a Wanderlodge. They are built to last, you will feel ultra secure in it and you can't even compare it to most of the other makes out there as after a few years most of them are junk. Our is 24 years old (1986) and runs like it is new. This is one decision we have not regretted. go for it. There are many good buys.
