From what I know about the 8v92,lack of use is some times a death warrant for these old engines.You probably will have enough lubrication,but make sure there is no water in the oil,and as a precaution have the anti freeze changed.These engine's have a (wet sleeve)system.If the anti freeze deterorates,the sleeves are bad to rust thru.That is a major reason that you see lower milage coaches advertised for sale with a note that says"engine recently over hauled" In buses and trucks that were kept on the road,500 thousand miles was not unheard of on these engines,but in seldom used applications ,failures under 100 thousand are not uncommon.
