Subject: 8v92 wont fire

 I've got an 8V92 non installed, it was a rebuild, all electronic systems retrofitted back to mechanical type. Engine will crank but not fire, have checked fuel flow, filter, cut out switch and all is ok. What else can I check out/test to resolve
