If you have a new bird you cannot join Vintage Birds until you meet one of the following two conditions, one, your new bird is at least five years old, or two, you have spent at least $50,000 in repairs on the new bird in less than five years in which case it is declared a "vintage bird". Joking aside (or am I), actually only number one above is a requirement. As enjoyable as the "Rally in the Vally" is, the Vintage Bird rallys are generally loads of fun.
