Believe it or not, girls, your Daveski once shook the hand of Muammar. I was working in Libya in in 1977, and he came out to the Mobil Oilfield to see what was going on. We were all lined up to meet him, and he aked me if I spoke Arabic. I answered yes, and asked him (in Arabic) if he spoke English. He just smiled and said to me (in perfect English) "Stay here as long as you like". I did, 5 years, and made a fortune. I couldn't go back now, because the "Lockerbie, Place of birth", on my passport would label me a terrorist.
