Subject: That egg!

It's a bloody fried egg! Dear God, what else can I do to convince you lot?

Could it be that the lady in that cafe has cooked the most perfect, unblemished, pristine fried egg ever seen, despite the strange shape and the folding? In which case she should be nominated for the Nobel prize in cookery, instead of being accused of poaching, a crime usually associated with gamekeepers and pheasants, not chicken eggs and frying pans.

Fried, fried, fried. Thrice and more I say fried! Oh dear lard, let these unbelievers see the error of their ways. I saw the egg, I ate the egg, and I know that Frier Tuck himself, the patron saint of breakfasts, could not have prepared a more sizzling egg than that. Poached eggs don't sizzle, they steam, and this egg was clearly not steaming. The consumer of the egg might have been, I must admit.

BB
