Subject: That isn't what was happening. People were talking about how horrible Delores is, which just is not true.

In reply to: 's message, "I don’t think anyone was being disrespectful. Talking about whether long standing leadership might eventually move into an emeritus or advisory role isn’t “dragging,” it’s pretty normal succession planning in any organization or nonprofit. You can appreciate decades of service and still ask how new voices, including former queens, might be involved going forward, those things aren’t mutually exclusive. There’s also been some discussion about committee turnover which seems relevant when talking about what a local might look like long term." on 16:09:26 01/31/26 Sat

Have you worked with her? Or do you just know her (NT)No name17:14:16 01/31/26 Sat
I read the same thread you did including the comments asking where her former right hand went and someone saying pay attention to maintained relationships with formers - so I guess there were different interpretations of the information conveyed, do with that what you will. saying she was nice to you in passing, versus people asking those questions and what was clearly a former saying what a bad experience she had, leads me to the conclusionn it wasn’t just speculation or unsubstantiated claims. You can either understand succession planning has to happen and that people can treat people differently, especially behind closed doors, or you can live assuming everybody is what they present in a two second convo at MNC… I don’t know how to put it any simpler.
