Dalam hal Agama, YDPA lebih berkuasa drpd PM, betul tak?

Berkaitan dengan hukum mengenai Bughah, ia adalah berkaiatan dengan hukum Agama. Setuju?

Oleh yang demikian di Malaysia yang memutuskan sama ada sesuatu kumpulan itu Bughah atau tidak, bukanlah bawah bidang kuasa PM, tetapi di bawah bidangkuasa YDPA.

Persoalanny, adakah YDPA tidak bersetuju PAS beroperasi di Malaysia, dan anggap PAS adalah bughah?

Sekiranya YDPA merestui PAS beroperasi, dan PM juga merestui PAS didaftarkan oleh KDN sebagai parti politik yang sah; di manakah benarnya tuduhan yang mengatakan PAS adalah Bughah; sedangkan YDPA dan PM sendiri merestui PAS beroperasi?

Bukan apa, cuma nak brain-storming para mahasiswa saja!
