I agree with some of yours, but also some of the ones that were chosen that you don't like. I'm a fan of season six for probably the same reasons that you *don't* like it -- it was, by far, the shippiest season XF ever aired.
My choices (in the order they aired, not the order I necessarily liked them best) were:
1. Pilot
2. Red Museum
3. Anasazi
4. Blessing Way
5. Paper Clip
6. Pusher
7. Detour
8. Triangle
9. The Unnatural
10. Millennium
As you can see, I kind of "blew" three votes on one mytharc but, IMHO, the Anasazi/Blessing Way/Paper Clip triology is sort of the 'key' to understanding the whole XF experience.
I do like most of the ones you chose, except for maybe Unruhe, which didn't do much for me. I cannot understand why so many people chose X-Cops. . .that would probably make my list of bottom 10 eps (presuming we were just talking about seasons 1-7; I'll take anything from seasons 1-7 over anything from seasons 8 or 9).
