I was shocked too. I saw the preview that said someone would die, not sure if they said only one or not. So I thought Morris or Jimmy or Yves. We'll never see any of them again, their expendable! Then in the hallway, I thought Frohike would do the sacrifice for his buddies. Never thought all 3 would go! What kind of hotel has submarine style fire doors like that? The diease guy was still lucid so suppose someone had to hold him there but all 3? I'm so bummed out.

I guess the teaser was a clue that this was it. Why fondly look back at them if we're expecting to see them in the finale and beyond. This ep sort of ended off the LG series but not very cleanly. Did Morris just let them go from that underground vault he had them in? How did Yves get away from Morris? What did Morris want with her in the first place? Nice to see Yves and Jimmy again. I don't suppose they'll ever show up again, will they? Perhaps as a new LG team? Myabe Yves' dad is a future XF villain? Doubtful.

A shame no goodbye with Mulder. I guess they don't have room for them in the finale but they could have been great in future movies. Of course their role in FTF was small and its probably to bothersome to fit them in a 2 hour story so cutting them off was the only answer. Damn you CC!

The ep was a bit rushed and wasn't the home run I'd hoped for. But the guys always do a great job. The Joey Ramone speech was perfection. Take that corporate TV industry!

Scully was almost a no show. Skinner pulled a Bill Clinton at Arlington. Wish the guys had a grander send off. I'll miss them. Hope this isn't indicative of whats to come in the final 4. The previews had Mulder in a loony bin by the look of it. Maybe the finale is Mulder being told the last 9 years were all a dream!
