Well the apartment is no issue because BOC hasn't spent the money on one since 2004!!!!! Vanessa was the only one that stayed in it because she was from out of town. That is another reason they like Toronto girls winning, cheaper for them! They can groom their winning well before MUC, once she wins she's practically ready for MU.. so they just do final touchups and hope they are on their way to a Miss Universe.
