Subject Author Date genida prifti...hands down is the strongest delegate (NT) muc 18:35:22 03/22/08 Sat There seem to be a number of strong candidates. Aleksandra Malkin is quite beautiful. And then we have the regular contingent of tall eastern europeans that Denis Davila seems to favor. My favorite based on one picture is Sarah Foot. She's fresh and pretty and I hope she really looks like that. We'll just have to wait of course until we see more photos, because it's impossible to judge on just one photo. I just hope it isn't a sham again, like last year, where MUC stages a pageant to crown the one it's already chosen. And if it is, please let someone with better taste choose the chosen one. Friends of mine who've seen the photo's are really drawn to her and think she's the best of all. She's also one of my favorites. And I'll say it -- I don't want some recent newcomer to Canada to win. It's become a joke that Canadian born girls don't represent Canada anymore. Canada has become a pageant hopping opportunity, it seems. At least Natalie and Alice had lived in Canada most of their lives. Many of these contestants, though, Genida, included, came here in their late teens. Do they really represent Canada, or do they only represent an organization (MUC). She is has sensuality but is still gracious and classy. I dunno, I think she is a sure winner. Lots of pageant experience also. I met her when she was aobut 14 or 15 and was blown away by her then.
