Second time's the charm, as we know." on 23:41:01 04/28/08 Mon yes Brent, it has to be rigged. She has been attending events all year with organizers from BOC at "non" MUC events. "rigged" may not be the word, but I don't know what else to call it. Maybe she was the best to win; and if so, BOC should start giving girls the fair chance by not involving them in their non pageant activites before the pageant week starts (they should do thhis out of fairness for all the girls, and the girl who wins.)
