Shannon is competing on her own and as a runner-up last year, was offered the North America Galaxy title by the international office - like other runners-up. Alisa's website does show she is Teen North America Galaxy however, she is not listed on the international website so as far as anyone knows, is not competing. As for nationals, we'll have to wait until they are all up but as of today, I understand that Alisa is not competing - but again, there is still 1 month left before the entry deadline so who knows... -- Canadian Pageant Fans' HQ
