She's certainly one of the favs to win, but I'm thinking if Elena hasn't made the Top 15 at Miss INTL, she would be a HANDS DOWN favorite to win it this year. Still, I think Elena, Katie will be up there, also Netasha (what a HUGE improvement), a lot of great newbies are competing as well, Divine is great and I would not be surprised if she wins the whole enchilada. I find it surprising that Chanel B., Ksenia and Celina are taking a year off. yes, it's mind boggling she didn't place, especially since Miss Intl is often looking for her looks. I would STILL take a risk and crown her coz she seems motivated and is in top shape, look at Morgan Woolard, she went from not being in the top 15 at Miss Earth USA to Miss USA 1st runner-up. I think her facial beauty and height will be the most competitive at Universe, I hope she's worked on that je ne sais quoi she was missing in other pageants. I heard from some people she's rather quiet/subdued so if she worked on that, then I think we should send her.Now, I ALSO think Katie and Netasha could be future MUC winners, but still need slight improvements to be 100% competitive at Universe. You hope Celina comes back? She's a bag of bones (when she did her optional talent, ppl were actually disturbed by the protrusion of bones), and not the most facially attractive. The girls who competed with her last year also said that she had the personality of a boot. When they went to Niagara Falls she refused to get out of the limo for fear she may get rain on her.
