(~* Your Love Has Shown Me The Light,Now I Finally See *~)

(~* Her mind whirled with a million inquiries, each brining back the almost painful realization that Echo had gone. Echo had been a good companion, even for her illness and the bickering between two so similar, yet so different, mares. One inky audial flicked in the direction of the fiery czar. She lifted her crania of an arabesque blackness, liquid silv'n oracles watching him closely. Sucking in the first sweet breath of a new life, she scrambled up with suprising grace, pangs of guilt stabbing and wrenching at her already torn heart. Was it not her fault that Rush was in this eternal affliction? If she'd kepther mouth shut and stayed in the shadows, suffering for the rest of her life, none of this would've occured. But that wasn't how Death worked. It snuck up on you when you least expected it. Alas, Love worked in this mysteroius way also. Taking another life breath, she quickly made up the distance between them, tracing her charcoal muzzle affectionately, comfortingly, through the arc of his regal molten boa. Stepping back, she whispered to him softly. "Oh Rush...I'm so sorry. I know somewhere we can go, if you wish...it may be just what you've needed." Putting on a brave face in his sake, the alabster star on her forehead burned a little brighter, the scar of having what she believed to be life itself ripped from her forever imprinted, forever there to remind her ofher horrid past. *~)
