The mare allows her too-stressed and stiff form to partially relax. Her heartache lessens, as now it had an output. Her voice, steadying as her nervousness receded, displays graditude. "It's good to say it," she admits. "But better to recieve your kind words."

Nodding to the mare's inquiry, she speaks once more. "I spent seven years with Apathan. It's hard to be alone." And I know that I could never love anyone as much as him. Never. Ever.
