In a flurry of movement, the flashy chestnut descended upon her best friend and her most recent progeny, her painted filly in tow. ~*He's so cute!*~ she squealed, her amber eyes wide with excitement.

The filly seemed less than impressed, her expression being one of abject boredom. As the colt investigated Castaway however, her demeanor changed entirely. Scowling fiercely, she pranced over to the stallion that she had proclaimed hers, no matter if he considered himself too old. Rooting herself between his front legs, she cast a defiant glance at the colt. Let him try and take her friend away. Her creamy tail, oddly remarkable with its black dorsal stripe, flicked saucily at her splotched flanks.

Shaking her head, her mother leaned close to Tori, eyes rolling in exasperation. ~*It seems that our little darling has a wee crush on Castaway*~ she whispered loudly, the corners of her mouth twitching in amusement. The antics of her daughter obviously delighted the proud mare as it seemed to be with all mothers. Ears pricked, she peeked under Tori's belly to watch Hex's response.
