 Right Concerned person ,I’ve just had a very quick chat, what has been said “in side” the church these accusations which are “slanderous” as you said it was brought to you from people in the church, although the actual comment was said out side it “filtered” in and should have been dealt with right away by the President to eliminate the false accusation. As she is unwilling to put the people right who are involved or deal with this matter accordingly to the SNU rule book, the responsibility of this matter is with her PERSONALLY. to have stopped the allegations in their tracks. As she failed to do this you can bring this in on a personal issue “not the actual Church they are involved however to a certain degree that comes under a different title which I’m sure you’l be adviced with the CAB or solicitor of your choice ” but you can also include on a personal level Wendy herself.
I advice you to contact your nearest CAB office, or you are entitled to the first hour of a consultation with any solicitor free. Depending on your financial position you could be entitled to the “green card” also I advice you to contact “the charity commission” and put your case before them stating that the President of Daulby is allowing a person inside the Church to be abused in this manner.
Also I have asked my colleague to contact ASA (Advertising standards agency) with regards to Tracey advertising she is an “exorcist” and what Paranormal Person said was correct. There is a whole lot of help there for you its just a matter of getting the ball rolling.
I also urge you to write everything down on what was said, how it was said, who was involved etc, also copy all the comments on here to as the balance of probability and Wendy’s integrity past and present will come under question and before I forget you need to speak to someone also in the Trading Standards too they might give you advice on how to proceed with this claim against Wendy, hope I have helped you
