Hi Rachel,

I want you to know that my ex husband told me the exact same excuse that yours just did. Word for word. He was looking at regular porn and this gay porn box just popped up and that's how it got in our browser history. We sat down, pulled up the site, and sure enough a pop up came up and that pop up box went into the history. HOWEVER - what I was to relieved to realize was that the pop up was of another regular porn site, NOT gay. Gay pop ups would never come up on a regular site because that's not their target audience! The other thing you have going against you is that this happened to me around 2002. 14 years ago! Before pop up blockers were invented. It's highly unlikely there was a pop up. Especially on a phone. And even if there was, I'm telling you - there isn't a chance in hell it was a gay pop up. But given that pops up were common back then I bought it hook, line, and sinker. It didn't enter my mind again until something like 6 or 7 years later when I accidentally found it all over our computer. In a span of about 2 seconds, all those thoughts from years ago came flooding back and I realized I had been played since that very day, even before that.

You've blown your cover. Now that he knows you saw it, his phone will be clean for a very long time. He will continue to convince you you're insane as long as you'll let him. And what's this comment about you fighting with him recently so maybe it's your hormones?? Is that something HE tells you or have you been officially diagnosed by a doctor as needing some hormone replacement therapy? Do not let this man convince you you're insane. He's gay. He watches gay porn, he communicates on his phone with gay men. That's enough to know his truth.
