Subject: How to feel joy again

Hi Everyone,

It's been a while since I've posted. I've been recovering from my relationship with my trans-ex since 2013. Recovery has been slow but continues to move in the right direction. There's a big area that I still struggle with and I'm hoping I can get some advice. I still feel no motivation to make new friends, nor do I feel an internal drive to do some things I used to like to do. For example, I used to love to read but now it feels like a chore. I don't want to make new friends because I don't want to have to commit to outings etc. I just want to be left alone. Mostly I'm happy like this, but sometimes I get bored or lonely. I just feel like I'm still surviving and don't have the energy for other things.
If you experienced this can you tell me how you started turning this around.

Ps. I'm on anti-depressants and I've done lots of therapy. Most days I don't feel depressed like I used to.
