Clara- (like “duh”) that’s where my car is

Clara- (shakes her head) that gurl is a trip

30 minutes later
Knock
Clara goes to open the door.
Chelle- is your sister ready?
Clara- naw …she getting dressed …you know how she is, you might as well come in
Chelle- (laughs) yep (walks in) she gotta go dress up like she’s goin to the Grammy awards or sumthin
Clara- that’s Kay …I’m bout to go see what’s taking her so long aiight
Chelle- okay
Clara walks to the room Kaylonie is in.
Clara- gurl hurry up …Chelle is out there
Kaylonie had her hair up in a ponytail that was curled to her chin. And a cute blue and pink Tommy out fit with a tube top and some short shorts. She finished it off with some blue Tommy shoes. She had on a whole lot of jewelry and looked like a gurl out of Snoop Dogg’s video.
Kaylonie- (in the mirror applying lip gloss) okay I’m ready
Clara- you had to go through all that just to go pick up my car?
Kaylonie- gurl I may see somebody I know
Clara- whatever Kay …come on cuz I wanna go shopping to relieve some of this stress
Kaylonie- uuww goodie …we gon hurry up back
They walk back out to the front room.
Chelle- heyyy Kaylonie gurl you looking good
Kaylonie- ohh gurl I know …but you looking good too …almost as good as me
They all laugh and Chelle and Kaylonie hug
Chelle- come on gurl …cuz you gotta update me on tha way
Kaylonie- oh fo sho …we’ll be right back C …you gon be alright?
Clara- yeah …yall go so yall can hurry up back
Chelle- don’t rush us
They leave. As soon as they left the phone rung again, it was Aashene
Clara- hey gurl Wassup?
Aashene- nuthin …just wanted to let you know when I’m comin down
Clara- oh aiight
Aashene- imma be there tomorrow around 5
Clara- coo …do you need a ride from the airport or anything?
Aashene- naw …imma call a cab then imma go to the car lot and buy a car …my job is paying for it
Clara- oh that’s coo …where you gon be staying?
Aashene- they got me an apartment too
Clara- well you go gurl …so when we gon hang out?
Aashene- gurl as soon as possible …how bout this weekend
Clara- okay …that’s good for me …I gotta go to work tomorrow and Friday …so Saturday is real good for me
Aashene- aiight
Clara- oh yeah …Aashene you ain’t got no boyfriend do you?
Aashene- all in my business …unlike you I can’t find a love to hold on to
Clara- gurl I’ll tell you everything over lunch …but I’m tryin to hook my boss up
Aashene- who?
Clara- you remember Romeo from Immature?
Aashene- (excited) yeahh
Clara- him gurl …I think yall would make a cute couple
Aashene- AHHHH gurl let me calm down …I can’t wait until Saturday
Clara- (laughs) yeah me either …
Aashene- well gurl my brother is here to help me finish packing I’ll talk to you tomorrow when I get down there
Clara- aiight peace gurl (hangs up)

Meanwhile after Kay got Clara’s car she decided to go joy riding since she didn’t have anything else to do. She drove by McDonalds to get something to eat with some money she founding Clara’s glove department. And since she figured there wouldn’t be anything to do back at Clara’s she made her order for “here” instead of to go. So Kaylonie ordered her a #2 with a Sprite and sat down. A few minutes after she started eating somebody came and sat behind her and started smacking on their food. At first she tried to just ignore it, but then it got too much so she turned around to tell tha person how to eat in public.
Kaylonie- excuse me sir
The man turns around and Kaylonie gasp.
John- Ayesha?
Kaylonie- John! Omg what are you doing here??
John- I live here what are you doing here?
Kaylonie- I’m visiting my sister
John- who?
Kaylonie- I only have one sister boy don’t play dumb
John- I can’t believe this!
Kaylonie- what? You’re sitting this close to me?
John- exactly
Kaylonie- don’t worry I have that affect on most people
John- no I mean you just up and left after high school I didn’t think I’d ever see you again …I mean you didn’t even say goodbye
Kaylonie- John I know you didn’t need a goodbye
John- more than you think Ayesha …I never thought you would run off like that …then when you came back it was always hard to catch up with you …this is like a miracle or sumthin
Kaylonie- I am a miracle John
John- so what have you been up to?
Kaylonie- come to my table and I’ll tell you
John gets up and walks around to Kaylonie’s table
Kaylonie- isn’t this better
John- yeah Ayesha …so what’s up?
Kaylonie- well I’ve just been in California …at first I was in Oakland with Derrick as yall all know
John- yeah we know …can’t believe u left me for that muscle head jerk
Kaylonie- and I can’t believe he left me for crack
John- WHAT?
Kaylonie- it’s whatever …he started getting crazy so you know me …I got my shit together and left
John- why didn’t you come back to me?
Kaylonie- (smiles) Kaylonie doesn’t come crawling back
John- you wouldn’t have been crawling …you would have been coming back to where you belong
Kaylonie- do you wanna finish hearing the story or not
John- yeah I’m sorry
Kaylonie- well after I left Derrick I took some money out of our bank account and put it away, then I met Michael …he was a sweet heart until I found out he was married, I should have known something was up when he was 33 and I was 19 and he was hitting on me …but it was all good because he gave me somewhere to live …and I didn’t even give him anything in return, when I was about to, I found out he was married
John- so what happened after Michael?
Kaylonie- Justin happened after Michael
John- gurl what were you out there doing?
Kaylonie- don’t get it twisted okay …Justin was a life savior …he was just a friend until I hooked up with Jarell in New York
John- yeah that’s tha dude you were going with when me Lamz and Clara came up there to visit you
Kaylonie- then he started trippin so I had to come back home instead of dealing with them flaw azz New York niggas
John- you went through all that and didn’t even call me?
Kaylonie- it’s in the past now
John- so what does your future look like?
Kaylonie- it looks like Kaylonie all the way …that’s the only person I’m concentrating on me …I’m gonna start working with my sister tomorrow and try to get my shit together
John- well that’s good …what I wanna know is do I fall anywhere in your future?
Kaylonie- we’ll just have to see about that now won’t we Mr. Fitch

U Got It Bad

After John parted with Kaylonie he went to Olamide’s house to tell him what just happened.
Olamide- that gurl is a trip …what is she doin down here?
John- claims she finna get a job working with her sister

John- I doubt it …she seemed for real
Olamide- well it’s hard to believe Ayesha will work for what she wants
John- (laughs) man whatever …have faith in the gurl

John- whatever …(sarcastically) ain’t you by yourself now

Olamide was just about to fall asleep when his phone rung.
Olamide- hello?
Meagan- hey baby Wassup?
Olamide- nuthin
Meagan- you doing anything tonight?
Olamide- I don’t know yet …me and John were talking about some stuff
Meagan- ohh …I was just wondering if you wanted me to come over …we haven’t been spending that much time together
Olamide- Meagan we just started goin out
Meagan- well …
Olamide- Meagan …I just need to get my thoughts together …right now is not a good time
Meagan- well when will it ever be a good time Olamide? I mean I’m trying to be here for you …but you’re pushing me away …what am I supposed to do?
Olamide- Meagan if I could answer that question I would …maybe I should have waited longer to make it official with you …cuz I’m really not ready for this right now
