 Just bring any facts that you need to show the court why you don’t trust Spencer around your child. Just remember it is a court, they want the truth not your emotions. They want facts, not your pain. Sorry to say your emotions do not matter in a court room so treat it like business, because that’s what it is your calculated facts to make sure your son is safe (business). You will have lots of time for your emotions later. About Spencer abusing your boy, if you allowed it to happen over a long period of time I would not get to deep into that. A judge will look at that as you neglecting to take your child out of a dangerous environment. Judges are very judgmental, hence there title. Good Luck. Your friend BT.
