 I had both of my pumps apart Nick. the heads pump diaghram split and the galley pump was chafed, so I swapped them over with the new diaghram in the one in the galley.

dont remember any real problem stripping it them down tho and I always carried spares anyway ....even helped out a Trapper 500 at Weymouth with a kit ...the trapper with the teak decks it was. I remember them as single diaghram, double acting!

As I told Neil, Sea Teach usually has spares and so does Aladins Cave
