Ok - Windows got more attention a few weeks ago and seemed to perform well. The yard say that they used acrylic 3mm thicker than the original and the windows seem to be working themselves free; because they're flat being forced onto a curved surface.

The main offender is now fixed after they used longer self tapping screws and hopefully I will get them back to fix the starboard saloon and port heads which are still letting in a significant amount of water within a few minutes of a hose trickle.

Joys of ownership eh...
