Sorry to trouble u but...

Are they accessabile much before/after HW Neaps? I'm wondering about how timley I'd need to be given my trip round from Gosport.

Per Tide, does that mean a full cycle - ie. I arrive an hour or so before HW, let the tide ebb, do my stuff, and when high water arrives, slip off for a total of 15? Who says yachting needs to be expensive at those prices!
