First, congratulations.

You don't need any special tools, you can general do up the bottle screws with a screwdriver used as a bar to turn the "bottle"

I'm sure the yard will be able to help you. As to tensions someone on here can probably help, perhaps John Woodhouse who has a lot of experience with 300s. You don't say where the boat will be when it is re rigged, perhaps we have an owner locally who could help.
