There is a chap who has posted on this forum who had a T28, maybe still has, Brian was his name I think. He had a web site with a picture of his boat dried out against a wall. It looked as though it had near enough settled down on its stem. If you trawl through the archive you might come across a post, I think he used to sign with his url.
