Hi Mary, I have a T250 which came with a twin burner Origo with no gimbals. The unit is old and the tanks do not hold the meths too long. Using the burners is very much like using Trangia stokes, nothing can be done in a hurry. By comparison I much prefer Peak 1 petrol stoves as used by hill walkers. They will light in any conditions and give instant power heat however they are not a built-in bit of furniture.

I still like the idea of the Origo stoves but would also like to hear from a satisfied owner. Can they have a grill and will it produce decent toast?
