Hi Neil,
We have Second Prospector a 501 at Swanwick Marina...you are very welcome to come along and make a pattern. Frankly I think the whole rudder design in the 501 is very iffy. The blade is too square and this increases the load on the shaft/tiller substantially. In the Channel last year our shaft sheared and we lost the rudder..had to get a tow to Cherbourg and get a new one made there..but thats another story.
