My TS240 and I assume all others are the same was fitted with RWO 824 deck organisers. The original sheaves corroded so they would no longer turn and some burst. RWO tell me they have not manufactured this model for 15 years and cannot supply parts. Some years back I managed to buy one a chandler had left in stock and cannibalise it but now need more sheaves as the remainder have gone the same way. I guess other people must have had the same problem and wonder how you solved it. On my boat they are bolted on to a moulded plinth so re using the case seems preferable.

The sheaves in the organiser at the foot of the mast are also in variable condition and I would be glad to know if anybody has a source of replacements for these.

While on the subject of replacements - I lost the handle for my keel pump rather embarrassingly a couple of years back. I have not so far been able to find a tube which fits quite as well as the original. The result of the slightly loose fit is that you cannot raise the keel without lifting the outboard out of the well first. Any suggestions for better fit tube gratefully received.
