I will be honest, if its that old the pump will be shot.
Most of the old evenrudes where made of soft alloy.Bolts are corroded in and stripped threads when taking apart.
Outboard Center Farham , get a 4hp Mariner/Yamaha 90s.
Approx £200-£250. Your Bill for the Evenrude may be near that.
