i've had a look to see if I can find the one I bought, I thought it was Plastimo but they don't seem to have any. It was a through deck one, I mounted it aft in the quarter locker and it just had a cover over the handle hole showing in the aft of the starboard cockpit seat.

The Gusher Titan, which I think Brad refers to I've just found in my search at marinestore for £65.

I think there is a real benefit in going for this sort of pump. They are better built, have a higher capacity and will last longer.

The chimp is the size of pump used on dinghies and kayaks, it was never really man enough for the job.
