Even when the TS240 keel is fully raised the bulb is still underneath the hull. I have had Ocean Air on a drying mooring for 9 years with no problems and have never seen her roll. Before that she was in a marina with the keel permanently down, again no problems.

Either way the TS240 should be ok.
