Good point well made. When we chanced upon our 501 up for sale locally we read up on the class and did the usual internet searches to see what was around to help inform our choice. I remember finding this forum three years or so ago and seeing correspondence about how the TOA had struggled with a reliable site and there seemed to be a sense of relief that finally things looked a bit more 'solid'. I can appreciate that Nick has invested a great deal in keeping the thing going (for which I and many others I am sure are eternally grateful) and it is totally understandable that he would be concerned that any change is sustainable. I have looked at the new forum and in answer to the simple question posed would have to agree that it is certainly more user friendly. My 'yes' vote is simply that. It is not a 'vote of confidence' in how the TOA is run - I share Brian's opinion in that respect. I guess that part of the problem is that we just don't know how many people there are out there who visit this forum and therefore no idea of what constitutes a consensus. So, come on you silent ones - express a view and let's see if we can find a sensible way through this so that we still have a useful sounding board and opportunity to share all things Trapper.
