I had similar wear on a previous boat with a roller reefing Proctor boom.

I think it impossible to get a new replacement fitting. On the boom I had there were three loops, the centre one being worn.

Solution one. just use one of the outer pair.
Solution two, get the aluminium casting built up with weld. This needs a very skilled TIG (tungsten inert gas) welder, nothing else will do. I had this done with satisfactory results.

If you are near Southsea, I could tell you where to find one.
