I put Beachcomber with an international broker (Schmidt & Partner), non-exclusively, and for three months heard nothing. When they did post details on their web site they used their own (very poor) photographs and not the much better digital ones I supplied. Still there were no offers passed to me, although the broker claimed that they had some visits and two professed strong interest.

I then used some free, on-line sites, had plenty of enquiries and sold within two weeks. I shared the 8% commission I would have paid the broker with the buyer.
