Frank. I recon you will be seeing a lot of the seven knot mark in the "seal" as I used to race one on the east coast. Would dearly of loved to have bought one but price prohibitive. TS 240 not quite as quick in heavier airs but will hold one in light conditions. VERY WET in a blow on the wind,doesn't muck about going over the waves. but look on the bright side----- not in it for very long
