Nick, with my 501 type interior T500 (build number 492) I have no trouble to access all seacocks in the heads area - the toilet ones are under the base inner molding and accessed via an opening just above the sole (it's important to have the levers moving through the inboard quadrant for leverage when they get stiff, otherwise it is difficult to get any force on them - it does happen after a winter layup). The basin seacock is no problem through a locker door directly above it.
Best,
Brian.
