I have a 4 page Word document from Team Sails on how to set up and tune a TS240 rig and sails which I found on a previous version of the bulletin board and would be delighted to email to anyone on request.

I would agree with Kims point about the rudder rake - moving the top aft moves the immersed portion forward and reduces the heaviness of the helm dramatically.
